Viewscape Studios, Orlando, FL (1993) Produced by The View Pretty dream stuff. This release, done on a four track cassette over a seven month period, is surprisingly good. In all, it contains 12 songs of angry, mind-sucking, pop/punk music. And, by the songs, a great deal of emotion is let go. It's too early to tell if there's any hit-you-in-the-guts mega hits being written here, but when this much creative force is allowed to get into the hands and ears of listeners and ticket buyers (what a way to reduce humanity into consumer categories), the results should prove another ring on the ladder to success. While there are a few minor technical bugs, and some sloppy playing here and there, it's all part of the feel, which is a great tune, and reminds me of one of the Cars. Also check out "The Guitars Cry" and the politically correct anthem, "Slut Bitch From Hell." --Leslie R. Marini |
